To Whom It May Concern:

I am contacting you on behalf of Greater New Orleans Afterschool
Partnership. This summer we are working closely with local camps. As
part of their curriculum, the children of these camps are responsible
for summer book reports. This is a difficult task to accomplish when
many of these camps do not have books for the children to read.  

For this reason, GNO Afterschool Partnership is conducting a Book Drive
to provide books to the children of New Orleans. The ages of the
children range from 7 to 19, so we are in need of books from picture
books to chapter books. We are looking for donations of any magnitude.
If you can only donate a used book you found in your closest or multiple
books, both would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me if you would
be interested or know of anyone that would like to donate books to
children of New Orleans, my email is eglovins at tulane.edu.
