   CATCH Planning Funds Program

*The 2010 Call for Proposals is Now Available

*Applications due 2:00 pm central time July 31, 2009
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application review by
12/31/09

The Community Access To Child Health (CATCH) Planning Funds program provides
grants in amounts from $2,500 to $12,000 for *pediatricians* to develop
innovative, community-based initiatives that increase children's access to
medical homes or to specific health services not otherwise available.
Resident CATCH grants also are available but are limited to a maximum of
$3,000 (please see CATCH Resident

information).
